About this project

The aim of this project is to analyze employee data in order to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making and improve overall organizational performance. The data for this analysis was obtained from MySQL and modified using the MySQL editor before being imported into PowerBI for further analysis and visualization. The dataset includes information on hire dates, genders, job titles, and yearly salaries for all employees in the organization.

To conduct the analysis, we utilized a range of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques. We also developed measures and created a dashboard to provide the HR department with a clear and comprehensive overview of the organization's human resources and performance. The HR dashboard presents our findings in an easy-to-digest format, allowing stakeholders to quickly understand and track key metrics.
